About us
It may sound strange: two Italians making the best paella in Gran Canaria. But when you think about it, it makes perfect sense.
Marco discovered Valencian paella and became obsessed — not with the recipe, but with the ritual. The fire, the socarrat, the fifteen minutes of silence while the rice transforms.
We decided that moment was what we wanted to give. Not home delivery. A private show for your guests.

Marco will arrive 40 minutes before. When your guests arrive, everything will be set up. For about 50-60 minutes he'll cook live, explaining each step — the sofrito, the stock, the rice, the socarrat. Your guests can ask questions, watch up close, get involved. It's a show that makes the wait part of the party.
No. Marco arrives with everything: paella pan, burners, fresh ingredients and serving equipment. We only need a space of approximately 2×2 metres outdoors or with good ventilation. Nothing else.
Always. We pack up all the equipment, clean the cooking area and take everything with us. You stay with your guests. We leave discreetly and leave everything as we found it — or better.
Allow about 2-2.5 hours in total from our arrival. The cooking show itself lasts about 50-60 minutes, followed by service. The final time depends on the size of the group.
Yes. All our paellas can be prepared gluten-free. We also have vegetarian and vegan options. For specific allergies, let us know when booking and we'll make sure everyone can enjoy it worry-free.
We recommend at least 1 week in advance. In high season (summer, Christmas, special events) it's better to book 2-3 weeks ahead. Write to us and we'll confirm in under 2 hours.
