We are not a catering company. We are paella chefs. There is a huge difference, and you will taste it in the first bite.

The story

Marco and paella.
A serious obsession.

It all started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find a real paella outside Valencia? Not the tourist version, not the box version. The good one. The one you smell from far away, with that golden bottom crust that takes years to master.

Marco arrived in Gran Canaria with that question and decided to solve the problem himself. Years learning technique, choosing suppliers, perfecting timing and fire. Until paella stopped being a dish and became a show.

Today Paella Pa'mi brings that experience to weddings, private parties, corporate events and family gatherings across the island. With the same rigour as always. With the same fire.

We arrive

Marco arrives 40 minutes early with all the equipment and fresh ingredients. He sets up the kitchen on your terrace or garden. Your guests start arriving and something is already in the air.

The show begins

Marco cooks live in front of everyone. He tells the story of Valencian paella, explains every step, takes questions. The aroma fills the space. Everyone watches, fascinated.

We serve

The paella is served at the exact moment of perfection. Marco portions and presents each serving. The first bite is the best moment of the evening.

We leave. Spotless.

We clear everything. We clean the cooking area. We take everything with us. You stay with your guests — and with the memory.
