About us
We are not a catering company. We are paella chefs. There is a huge difference, and you will taste it in the first bite.
The story
It all started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find a real paella outside Valencia? Not the tourist version, not the box version. The good one. The one you smell from far away, with that golden bottom crust that takes years to master.
Marco arrived in Gran Canaria with that question and decided to solve the problem himself. Years learning technique, choosing suppliers, perfecting timing and fire. Until paella stopped being a dish and became a show.
Today Paella Pa'mi brings that experience to weddings, private parties, corporate events and family gatherings across the island. With the same rigour as always. With the same fire.
